The Making Every Contact Count (MECC) initiative at UHCW aims to utilize patient interactions to promote healthier lifestyles. We've developed a comprehensive MECC strategy incorporating both electronic and paper formats for patient surveys. This includes a £5k grant from SHA to refine our approach, alongside consultation with the Patient Council. By facilitating swift reporting and tailored training packages, we enhance ward-specific education and streamline referrals. Our focus is on integrating these solutions into the North 51 hub for improved patient outcomes.
