HEENT • Normocephalic, no facial asymmetry • Normal eye position and alignment, hyperemic sclera, pink conjunctiva, no corneal and lens opacities, no exudates • No ear deformities, lesions, nodules, discharge, odor, swelling, redness, foreign bodies, (+) dry cerumen • Nose and throat not assessed
