  3. Website • www.davidsonkeyclub.com Go there to: • Check on events • Sign up for future events • Track your hours • Submit hour requests • Contact the board • SUBMIT ALL HOURS ONLINE

  4. Hours • Goal: 25 Recorded Hours of Service per Person • How? Serve, then go to website and submit hours. • Maximum of 5 outside hours • TURN IN HOURS ONLINE

  5. Policy on SIGN-Ups • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE • Notify board member in charge • Be aware for what you are signing up • Gather information actively • Know date, time and location

  6. Key Club Week: TUesday • 10 People • Bring in cupcakes in the morning • Meet at front doors at 7:10 am • Board Member: Kush Patel

  7. Key Club Week: WEdnesday • 5 People • Make cookies for the Special Ed. Department • Meet at front doors at 7:15 to drop off • Board Member: Kush Patel

  8. Key Club Week: Thursday • 15 People • Bring breakfast items in the morning for Teachers/Secretaries • Drop off food at main office before school • Board Member: Kush Patel

  9. Key Club Week: Friday • Hang up Key Club Posters in the morning • Will meet in room 202 at 7:15 am • Make posters today • 1 person per group to hang up poster • Board Member: Kush Patel

  10. Trick or treat for unicef • Turn in money NOW • In a Zip-Lock Bag • First/Last Name on the bag • Label Unicef/Key Club • PUT IN MRS MOSS’ MAILBOX • Board Member: Raphael Melke

  11. Key Club PARTY • November 12th, 6 -9 pm • 3933 Ravenwood Drive, Hilliard OH • Part of being a community • Sign up to attend and bring a food item • Board Members: Julia Green, Matthias Heinz

  12. Adopt-A-Family: Thanksgiving • Sign up to bring in non-perishable food items or gift cards • DO NOT BRING IN CASH • $20 = 1 hour; 10 cans = 1 hour • Due November 21st • Board Member: Raphael Melke

  13. Busy Bags for Children’s Hospital • Sign up to make a bag • 1 Bag = 2 Hours • Bags due December 5th • Bag Contents • Coloring Books (with crayons or colored pencils) • Toys • Simple entertainment • IN A NICE BAG • Board Member: Matthias Heinz
