ECRP • Complementary to EUROCORES • Shorter selection process (no theme competition or outline proposal). • No networking dimension; Small centralised “dissemination and capacity-building” fund.
ECRP • Framework for collaborative research of all scales and scope • Provides opportunities for scientific communities not addressed by EUROCORES themes • Provides opportunities for funding agencies where EUROCORES not optimal
