  2. Garni temple is one of the most beautiful places in the region Kotayq. It was built on 24 pillars which symbolize the day hours: Garni Temple sybmolizes with "Geometry" Cathedral, as they were bind to different Gods. The Temple was built on the 2 centuary.

  3. After the adoption of Christianity, it was the king Trdat 3-th’s sister-Khosrovdukht rest home, that’s why Garni was called "Trdat’s rest home“. In 1679 The temple collapsed the cause of the earthquake, but was rebuilt after a while. Garni in Armenia was one of the largest and most prominent rural towns.
