  2. ABOUT AR ENGINEERING • AR Engineering is a company founded by Mr. ArvindMutalik in 1988, for manufacturing of transformer oil filtration machines. Since then AR Engineering has developed different types of Insulating Oil upgrading systems suitable for in-house and onsite operation. • The plants are suitable for Transformer & Capacitor Manufacturers, Transformer Repairers, Transformer Owners, Oil filtration service providers etc. These plants work on low temperature, high vacuum principle. • We also developed Trickle Impregnating Machines for varnishing of electrical machines windings such as armatures, rotors, field coils, stators. These machines are suitable for varnishing of electrical windings in mass production. Auto electrical parts, mixers, fans, electrical motors, Instrument transformers etc. are few to name. https://www.arengineeringindia.com/

  4. Transformer Oil Filtration & Dehydration Plant • AR Engineering is one of the leading manufacturers of Transformer oil filtration & dehydration plants since 1990. The company got established in 1988 at Satara, Maharashtra. Sticking to our policy, we try to manufacture machine which will give lowest running cost to our customers. Keeping in mind that, our machines are compact (Less floor space occupied), light weight (Less transportation cost) & higher working vacuum (Less oil heating in the machine) We manufacture transformer oil filtration & dehydration plants ranging from 300 LPH to 18000 LPH. Each model having 2 types mainly, single stage degassing & 2 stage degassing. Working vacuum of single stage degassing plants is less than 1 Torr. While working vacuum 2-stage plants is less than 0.2 Torr. Our machines are work on Low temperature high vacuum principle. So, running cost of our machine is very minimal.  https://www.arengineeringindia.com/

  6. Industrial Oil Purification Unit • AR Engineering is established in market as one of the leading manufacturers of industrial oil purification units for all types of oils used in industries today. Our main aim is to help people to conserve their oils used in today’s market as a tribute to the nature and our great nation India. •     All oils used in the industry such as hydraulic oils, quenching oils, pyrolysis oil, fuel oil for oil fired burners are adding to the running cost of industries all over the world. Deterioration of oil leads to wear, damage because of foreign particle contamination as well as moisture contamination which leads to necessity of oil reconditioning. Regular reconditioning reduces the wear & subsequently maintenance downtime. In addition, there is problem of pollution in turn to dump the waste oil as norms are becoming stringent day by day https://www.arengineeringindia.com/

  7. Trickle Varnishing Machine • In today’s competitive world the electrical insulation materials and the processes are viewed with tremendous cost and quality consciousness. Varnishing of electrical machine winding forms a major part of the total cost of the electrical insulating materials. With the increasing costs of energy and solvents for use in varnishing, it has become a need of the hour to look into the change in the conventional impregnation methods such as Dip and bake varnishing or the Vacuum impregnation. •    On this background Trickle impregnation technique was evolved to improve the varnishing quality coupled with reduced cost. This technique is now well accepted and used for impregnating stators/fields and armatures/rotors in all the advanced countries https://www.arengineeringindia.com/

  8. Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant • vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) is a process that uses vacuum and pressure to seal porous materials with varnish or resin. The process is used primarily for high-voltage motors and generators to fill gaps in materials to create a void free insulation in various devices. • • The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Process • AR Engineering specializes in vacuum pressure impregnation, which is more effective than traditional dip-and-bake methods and is better suited to high voltage motors and generators. Our basic vacuum pressure impregnation motor repair process comprises several steps. • PreheatingWe place the equipment in an oven that heats the equipment and allows moisture to evaporate. This helps the resin better penetrate the material. https://www.arengineeringindia.com/

  9. Vacuum DryingWe remove the equipment from the oven and place it into a vacuum chamber, which removes air and any remaining moisture. • FillingWe fill the chamber with resin, coating the part and filling in all the gaps and pores in the piece of equipment. • Wet VacuumingWe reduce the vacuum levels and hold it for a set period of time. • Pressure/SoakingWe increase pressure within the chamber using dry air, nitrogen, or other gases. This allows for even deeper penetration of the resin. • DrainingWe then vent the pressure, drain the chamber of excess resin, and remove the part. • CuringFinally, the equipment is placed into an oven to cure the resin. https://www.arengineeringindia.com/
