  1. The Art of Making Ghee from butter

  2. Melt butter in a pan over low heat, stirring occasionally

  3. Continue heating until the butter separates into three layers: foam on top, golden liquid in the middle, and milk solids at the bottom

  4. Skim off the foam and discard it

  5. Strain the golden liquid into a clean jar, leaving behind the milk solids

  6. Allow the liquid to cool and solidify, resulting in homemade Milkio ghee
