  3. Study Area Big Run Watershed Lawrence County Close to New Castle, Pennsylvania About 4 square miles

  4. Data PHASE ONE (Completed) Hydrologic conditions and Watershed Characteristics Problem areas from Community Survey PHASE TWO Streamflow and Rain Gauge Data Design Storms for 2-, 10-, 25-, 50-, and 100- year storm events Existing Stormwater facilities and flood control projects

  5. Techniques & Methodology Arc Hydro Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) to delineate subwatersheds Delineate stream network GeoHMS is used to create HMS Model is run for each of the 5 storms for each of the delineated subwatersheds Hydrographs found for each point Analysis of the model to find problem areas
