  4. 其他事项1、办证 办理《就业失业登记证》在劳动者第一次就业登记或失业登记时一并办理。需提供以下材料： • 身份证； • 办理《就业失业登记证》申请表； • 2寸彩照； • 常住地居委会出具的固定住所证明材料（农村进城务工劳动者或其他非本地户籍人员）。

  5. 其他事项：就业援助对象认定 • 就业援助对象认定在就业登记或失业登记时一并进行，需报县级以上人力资源和社会保障行政部门审核。 • 就业援助对象在确定之前需在认定对象所在社区公示5个工作日。
