Recruiting & Screening Qualified Applicants Are: - 1st Class PFT / CFT - TS / SCI eligible - Water Survival Intermediate (WS-I) or better swim qualification - Meet the SDA order (NAVMC P1326E) requirements regarding personal finances - Not previously passed on promotion board (service limitation implications) - Recent EOD School graduates by exception - Prefer applicants with MAGTF EOD experience Monitor will assist screening pool of applicants WRT PCA/PCS eligibility and service limitations

    3. Recruiting & Screening Contd MARSOC EOD Recruiting & Screening Process Contact a MARSOC Recruiter or your Career Planner Complete a MARSOC OF-D (SOCS-E) screening checklist and submit to: a. MARSOC Recruiter http://www.marines.mil/unit/marsoc/Pages/recruiting/Main-Page.aspx -or- b. Career Planner -then- c. MARSOC EOD will be infod by MARSOC Recruiters / G9 and will review applicants screening checklist All applicants will be required to conduct a structured psychological interview with a MARSOC Psychologist coordinated through the MARSOC HQ (EOD Officer / Chief)

Recruiting & Screening Contd Selection of qualified applicants: - MARSOC EOD Officers & Chiefs Review Screening Checklist - Qualified & Selected applicant referred to 2336 Monitor - Target Applicant: Sgt / SSgt / GySgt w/ MAGTF deployment experience - Recent EOD School graduates by exception Orders / Assignment will be coordinated between MARSOC HQ (EOD) and 2336 Monitor ISO MARSOC EOD manpower requirements

    5. Training MARSOC EOD Training Process To become a SOCS-E (NMOS 8071) the EOD Technician must complete required minimum skills training. 2. Minimum Skills required training for SOCS-E (NMOS 8071): a. MARSOC SOF EOD Level I Course b. SOF Training Course c. Full Spectrum SERE
