  2. eoWarehouse • New Windows 8 based Warehouse Management System • Allows dynamic movement of inventoryto and from the warehouse via locations • Has multiple modes to assist orderpicking and the recording of pick metrics • Can replace all functions of the eoMobilewarehouse handheld • Integrates with eoStar and our WMS and WMS Ops plugins to coordinate specific inventory moves with eoStar Inventory batches

Basic Summary of Functions • Receive and put away purchases • Send and receive warehouse-to-warehouse transfers • Inventory management: • Write-Offs • Repacks • Pick Breakage • Trade Returns • Move inventory between warehouse locations • Manage Date Codes at the location level • Automatically printed pallet labels for item identification • Count requested locations and items to reconcile inventory

  4. The fundamental operation of WMS is the move stock Scan enabled location and product recognition allow for the instant recognition of product movement actions. Product and location based controls on how products are allowed to move assist you in ensuring accurate product movement through your warehouse

  5. Receiving purchases directly on to number labeled pallets • Suggested put away to relevant backstock locations. • Automatic pallet label printing. • Scan enabled product and location recognition

  6. Create, dispatch, pick, and receive transfers all from eoWarehouse • Choose to pick as you create, or dispatch your picking process to voice pick • Send specific pallets so that they may be received as is.

Write off inventory from an individual location with multiple reasons at once Write off mixed inventory directly from its favorite pick location Verify and put trade returns away in to automatically or manually specified locations Repack fresh product directly back to a specific location, or to a repack staging location

Date Code Management Date codes are entered on all transactions that create inventory Receiving Purchases – Entered in product segments Repacks – Repack to any date code desired based on expected outflow Date Code Formats – Recognized entry of various date codes as a standard date, or as an encoded Julian date.

  10. Count Requests Reconciliation In eoStar, pre-build your counting workload by location, by warehouse area, or across the whole warehouse to determine what you will count. From eoWarehouse, count any location and item from the pre-determined work load. Back in eoStar, assess your discrepancies and perform the necessary corrective actions in order to reconcile your inventory.
