  1. We provide a BER cert service for your property; it is a measurement of the energy performance of your home. Our expert and certified team of assessors will inspect your property and perform a survey when you request a BER cert.

  2. BER Certificate Our BER certificate will specify the energy use for space heating, water heating, ventilation and lighting calculated on the basis of standard occupancy. The label has a scale of A1 to G.
