South Indian food is very famous and again it is very light on the stomach and at the same time, it is healthy as well. Does not includes ingredients like Maida and most of the dishes are made of rice flour which again is quite healthy. In Sambhar vegetables like drumsticks are used which come with tons of nutrients. Coconut chutney has its own perks. Dal and Sabzi have their own nutritional value. Pulses used in dal have a huge content of protein. Protein is one of the best nutrients for your body.

  4. Palak Paneer is made with two major ingredients which are Spinach and Paneer.
