This project is focusing on animals in Nature!!! 1. You will need to find a color picture of animals in nature using the internet or magazines. You will need to PRINT/CUT OUT OF A MAGAZINE this picture in COLOR.
2 .You will need to take your animal picture and divide your picture into at least three but no more than six sections.
3. You will need to draw a 1 inch boarder around your paper and then divide your white paper into the same sections as your animal in nature picture. Then you will draw out your animal on your paper not erasing any of your lines!
4. You will lastly need to paint using your watercolors the drawn animal in nature picture you constructed. Once you are done painting the animal, you will need to go back and paint the 1 inch board and dividing lines black in your picture to create your frame.
Your Assignments: • 1st Assignment: You must find or print out a color picture of an animal in nature. You also must be able to configure at least 3, but no more than six sections to divide your picture with. You will also submit a 6”x6” square on scratch paper using different watercolor techniques. • 2nd Assignment: You will need to draw a 1 inch boarder around your 12”x18” white paper and then divide your white paper into the same sections as your animal in nature picture. Then you will draw out your animal on your paper not erasing any of your lines! You will lastly need to paint using your watercolors the drawn animal in nature picture you constructed.
