Biography • Picasso was born in October 25, 1881 in the town of Malaga, Spain. • He began to draw when he was 7 years old. • His father was a professor of drawing. • It was at an early age that Picasso's father noticed his ability at drawing and encouraged it. • From 1896-1897, Picasso studied at the School of Fine Arts in Barcelona.

Biography cont. • In 1904, Picasso moved to France and experimented with various styles. • He is the most famous artist of the 20th century • Picasso had 3 wives, numerous mistresses and 4 children. • He died in 1973. • He has 3 museums dedicated to his work.
