Why do you need a Personal Data Sheet? • Detailed & organized documentation of your accomplishments since 9th grade • Guides you in creating college/scholarship applications, and resumes • Highlights your post-secondary education and/or career goals • Is a helpful tool to share with those who will be writing letters of reference on your behalf – CHS counselors & teachers, employers, activity advisors
