If the world's 1 billion PCs were powered down just one night, it would save enough energy to light the Empire State Building - inside and out - for over 30 years!

  7. Thermostats In the summer months, the air conditioner's thermostat should not be set any lower than 78 degrees Fahrenheit. Likewise, the settings should not be any higher than 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter.

  15. GSU Recycling During the 2007-2008 academic year, the campus recycled 320 tons of paper and 6 tons of cans and bottles.
