  2. Set up AT&T Email on MS Outlook An email account is the most important thing to use the internet. You will need an email to sign up for different websites including games website, blog reading, for the subscribing newsletter, to send an email to your friends, and many more. You get a free AT&T email when you subscribe to any AT&T service. Your AT&T email will be automatically created when you subscribe to AT&T internet service. You can get up to ten email account when you subscribe to an AT&T service. These emails can be configured in any email program or in any device suits you. You can also set up them with your MS outlook mail program. MS Outlook is a cool email program to access all your email accounts, calendars, and contacts in order to organize your electronic communication needs.

  3. Here is how to set up an AT&T email on MS Outlook • Double click on the icon of MS Outlook on your desktop and open it. If you are an Outlook 2010 user, you need to click on the “File” option on the top menu bar. Then choose “Info” from the sub-menu and then click on “Account Settings”. Then choose Account settings again. And if you are an Outlook 2007 user, you need to click on “Tools” at the top menu bar and then select “Account Settings” from the list. • Now, as the next step, select the “Email” tab and then click on “New” button. Then click the radio button next to “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP." Then on “Next” button and proceed. • Check the box "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" And then click on “Next” and then select "Internet Email" and again, Click "Next." • Next, Enter your name and email address on the "User Information" page and then Under "Server Information," select "POP3" from the drop down box or list. • Now Type "pop.att.yahoo.com" into the "Incoming Mail Server" box and "smtp.att.yahoo.com" into the "Outgoing Mail Server".

  4. Then enter your user name and password into the "Logon Information" tab. This is the login credentials you use to access your webmail. Check the box to remember your password and then click on the "More Settings" button. • As the next step, select the "Outgoing Server" tab and then check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." Click the radio button next to "Use same settings as incoming mail server” and proceed to the next. • Then you need to select the "Advanced" tab and Check the box next to "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)." The field number should automatically change to "995." If it doesn't, you need to change the field number to "995." • Now, Change the "SMTP" field to the number "465" and select "SSL" from the drop-down box. Then click "OK." Click the "Test Settings" button to make sure that everything works correctly. • And finally, click "Next" and then "Finish."
