LSFA CTO: Failed Fem-Pop Dacron Bypass Graft 64 y.o. woman with bilateral SFA CTO’s, s/p failed dacron fem-pop bypass graft surgery (one month patency). 7F Pinnacle Destination: Left iliac stenosis stented.
