Generational Bonus YOU Sales Manager • As a Sales Manager you earn 1% of commissions on anyone in your organization who is the same level or above. • Once someone in your organization reaches a level higher than yourself on your second Generation you will earn 2% Commission. 1% Sales Manager Marketing Manager Global Team Member 2% National Director

  7. You are now a Sales Director (SD) • Earn 20% commission on Directs • Earn 1% Country Bonus YOU SD SM SM SM SM SM MM MM MM MM MM 5% 5% 5% 5% 5% Founding Leadership Bonus $2,000 if done in the 1st 60 days!

  8. Sales Director’s Generational Bonus As a Sales Director you earn 3% of commissions on the 3rd Generation of Sales Directors or higher in the organization. YOU Sales Director 1% Sales Director Marketing Manager Global Team Member 2% National Director Sales Director 3% • Earn 1% Country Bonus

  13. Vice President YOU PT PT PT PT PT • As a Vice President you earn: • A $1 Million bonus if completed by end of the 2013 • A share of 10% stock ownership of the company • A share of 1% global sales of the entire company
