History of Flock • Founded was founded in 2005 and has its headquarter in Menlo Park, CA • The President and Chief Executive Officer of Flock is Shawn Hardin • “Flock is a venture capital-funded, for profit venture, funded by Shasta Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Catamount Ventures and Fidelity Ventures.”

Features • Built in sidebar that puts certain website feeds and RSS feeds together where you can also update your own status’s. • You can organize your friends and feeds into whatever groups you’d like • You can search not only the internet, your favorites, and history but you can search your friends as well • Google Chrome extensions are supported in your browser
