Participation Tracking Program • Implemented on a trial basis: • Understand member involvement in Dolina related activities (performances, fundraisers, event, etc.) • Promote / encourage participation in organizational projects • Usage of collected information: • Possible funding assistance for activities not fully funded by Dolina • Support of grant applications with respect to membership participation levels • Program details: • Program opportunities: • Participation in group activities - typically through sign up sheets • Volunteering to lead / complete activities promoting the organization • Project completion – costume support, web site maintenance, archival organization . . . • Leadership – dance instruction, festival organization, fundraising lead . . . • Individual members responsible for volunteering for an activity of need, gain approval of activity, time tracking, outcome demonstration • Organization responsibility providing identification of available opportunities • Participation point range: 0 – 4 points (including sign-up / out and participation) • Leadership / Organization point range: 4 – 10 points (dependent on time commitment) • Participation tracking coordination – John Czichray (or board designee) • Conflict resolution – President • Summary to date – mainly participation activities
