  5. History of Gliwice • A townsince 1276 (Middle Ages) . • 1569 independanttown under Chechrule. • 1796 thebeginning of big industry (coalmines and steel works). • 1939 German attack on broadcasting stationisthebeginning of thesecondWorld War. • 1945 return under Polishrule.

  6. Higerlevel of education Polytechnic- Technical University It educate students in technical subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Architecture, InteriorDesignig, ComputerPrograming and others. The students recive the title of engineer and Master of Science.
