  3. What do you think a Christian would think about someone who is rich?

  4. Matthew 6:19, Luke 12:15'Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth. A man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.

  5. The poor widow Jesus saw a lot of rich people putting their coins into the treasury, bragging about it, then along came a poor widow who put two coins in. Jesus said ‘ Look this poor woman has put more in than all of you, for you put in you spare change, but she is in poverty and has put in all she has” Meaning: Even the poor can help each other, tiny amounts worth a lot to God. ‘ Build riches in Heaven’

  11. Key teachings At the end of the world God will judge people on their behaviour & the choices they have made. God will separate the good from the bad like a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. On his right will be the GOOD (sheep). They will be with him in heaven. On his left will be the bad (goats). They will be sent away from him to hell. God judges us on how we treat our fellow humans. As we are all created in His image.

  12. Helping The Poor Christians who know Jesus’ story about the Final Judgment could be helping the poor because they believe: • that by helping those in need, they are helping Jesus himself; • it will help get them into heaven; • it will help keep them out of hell.
