  3. 廠商學生名額分配 • 幻想曲-4名 • 好力客-3名 • 冉色斯-4名 • 創意玩具-4名 實習時間為：98年1月19日~97年2月15日 確定實習名單後請至美術系辦尋問廠商聯絡人電話，自行與廠商協調實習時間。

  4. 實習內容 • 上班時間、工作內容由申請人與該公司相關部門主管協調 • 藉由實習一個月的時間認識業界實務運作情形 • 心態方面：請申請人作好進入職場工作的心理準備及態度

  5. 申請辦法及注意事項 • 請詳讀產業實習實施要點後，了解實習相關規定 • 在97年12月31日以前填寫職場體驗申請表、作品光碟兩份(數位相關內容一式兩份)繳交至美術系辦公室 • 因實習地點於台北，請申請人自行找妥住宿地方及事先告知家長，審核通過後會郵寄相關資料通知家長 • 實習期間統一由學校保實習平安險 • 實習全程參與者將於實習結束後發5000元的實習津貼 • 審查結果於98年1月9日前公告於學程網站 http://www1.nttu.edu.tw/3dp

  6. 學生實習之權利義務 • 實習結束後請繳交實習報告表 • 請假請知會業界指導老師，總時數不得超過十小時 • 不得無故曠實習，違者該科實習不計分 • 完成實習成績合格者，給予三學分(歸於97學年度下學期課程)
