In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

Ephesians 4:1-3 • How do we do that? • By putting Christ first! Matthew 10:37-38 • We cannot partake of the Lord’s Supper unless we are dedicated to Christ! I Cor. 10:14-21

I Cor. 10:16-17; 2 Cor. 6:14-18

  12. “In Remembrance Of Me”:The RESULT of the Lord’s Supper is... • Condemnation • (IF we don’t properly examine ourselves) • Defined: Sentencing someone to a particular punishment • “…eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly.” v. 29 • "But...we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world." v. 32, Heb 12:5-11 • We do not want to be eternally condemned!Matthew 7:21-23
