Introduction • Final Goal To create the Service Level Agreement between Roaming Partners • Background Service Level Agreement was agreed as the work item of Service Quality at CDG IRT Meeting in Nov.2006, based on the survey deployed among CDMA Operators.Calls to review the draft were held in May, 2007.  Reflected the comments from the call • Purpose for CDG IRT meeting in June, 2007 To finalize all the clauses in SLA To receive approval for SLA as addendum to Reference Document #44
