I guess you knew that already. What is McDVoice survey all about? In mcdvoice customer feedback survey, McDonald’s is looking for your opinion on various stuff from your recent visit, such as: •Overall satisfaction. •Quality of food served. •Quality of service provided. •Cleanliness of store. •Coordination of the store staff. •If you’ll be returning. How to complete the McDonald's customer survey? 1.Click here to access mcdvoice.com, which is the official website of McDonald’s customer survey. 2.On the next page, you will be asked to enter the 26 digit survey code from your receipt. 3.Enter that and click on the “Start” button. 4.But if you don’t have a survey code printed on your receipt, you can click on the link named “If you do not have a 26 digit code printed on your receipt.“. 5.That will take you to a page where you’re asked to enter these: •Store # •KS# •Date of visit •Time of visit •Order 6.After entering all of these, click on “Start” button. 7.Now your survey will start. 8.You will be asked many questions now about your recent visit to McDonald’s. 9.Answer all the questions honestly. 10.Complete the survey by clicking on the “Finish” button on the last step. 11.Now, after the completion of the survey, you will be shown a validation code on the last step. 12.Write the validation code down on your receipt and take it with you the next time you visit a McDonald’s store.
