Empowering Youth Through Concussion Connections: Stories of Resilience and Growth
Connections4Concussions (C4C) provides a supportive community for youth like Matt, Kayla, and Hannah as they share their concussion journeys and successes. We gather monthly to discuss our experiences, offer peer support, and learn from each other. Our meetings foster open communication not only among youth but also with parents, promoting understanding and shared growth. Through educational outreach, fundraising events, and community engagement, we empower individuals to thrive in health, education, and employment despite the challenges of brain injuries.
