  5. 2013 Partner of the Year Judging Judging starts on April 9, 2013 at 12:00 A.M. Pacific and ends on April 23 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific.  Each nomination will take approximately 20 minutes to judge. Comments are optional but partners will appreciate your constructive feedback and insights on their nomination. All nominations are judged blindly 3 times. Your award owner will give you the set target of entries that they would like you to judge. Until the judging deadline, you can edit (change or update) any of your scores on the nominations that you have judged. All entries must be fully judged by April 23, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. Award owners are your primary contact and are in charge of making sure all entries are successfully judged.

  6. 2013 Partner of the Year Judging - IMPORTANT START ONLY WHAT YOU CAN FINISH! Please only start judging a nomination if you can finish judging that nomination fully. This will make it much easier for the award owners and myself to know who is judging what. ASK YOUR AWARD OWNERS FOR JUDGING CRITERIA Many judges ask by what criteria they should evaluate.  We cannot give guidance on this as each group has different key areas of focus for judging.If you have questions on how to evaluate your specific awards, please contact the award owner.  Questions about the awards tool, contact Toddy.

  7. Step 1: Sign In as Judge 1. Go to: https://www.digitalwpc.com/awardnomination 2. Log –in with your credentials that were emailed to you on Friday, March 22 or if you cannot locate your judging credentials, log in with your MS email and click Forgot Password.

  8. Step 2: Your Dashboard 1. Green: Actions you can start - click + sign to Judge a New Nomination 2. Orange: Actions you are working on or have completed and their status

  9. Step 3: Judge A New Nomination: Scoring 5 = Excellent to 1 = Poor

  10. Judging – Viewing URL and Supporting Docs : 1. You need to copy/paste url in to browser: 2. Click on supporting docs to view in new window:

  11. Step 4, 5 and 6 – View Through to End, Add Keywords and Save Your award owner will let you know if they would like you to use the Keywords field at the bottom to help them classify their nominations. Then Save as Draft or Save and Complete

  12. Award Tool - My Profile - Not required - but nice to have info on YOU

  13. At Any Time During Judging- Update or Edit Scores of Nominations you Judged. Access any entry you have started or finished in the orange section on your judge dashboard. You have until the judging deadline to have completed your judging of the entries you have started.
