  2. 一、請先確認AP燈號

  3. AP燈號說明 ENET 有線網路 PWR 電源 WLAN 無線網路

  4. AP燈號判斷 • PWR ：恆亮 • ENET：恆亮沒有流量 閃爍有流量 • WLAN：不亮無法與Controller連線 半亮與Controller連線中，若持續處於半亮， 設定可能錯誤 恆亮功能正常

  5. 二、請至報修系統填寫報修單 確認AP燈號後， 請至報修系統填寫報修單

  6. 資教中心報修系統http://help.mlc.edu.tw ❶

  7. 於報修系統內提交問題 ❶ ❷

  8. 請記住「問題追踨碼」以便查覆

  9. 查看回覆
