  1. E7 • A premature male infant born to a 30 year old woman was admitted on day 3 of life for absence of any urination since birth.USG revealed bilateral kidneys in normal position. Baby had severe respiratory distress and rising levels of serum creatinine. Baby expired before dialysis could be done. Autopsy was performed. Gross pictures with description and microscopic images are sent herewith, for opinion and discussion.
