  2. How to find out how many calories you burn when running. If you want to figure out how much calories you are burning when running you have to find out your weight and the distance your running or ran. Then multiply the weight by the distance by 1.036 . That is the Formula. Example: Calories=KM x KG x1.036 Weight(Kg): 35 Kg Distance(Km): 3 Km Ratio: 1.036 ----------------------- Calories burnt = 35 x 3 x 1.036 = 108.78

  3. How far would you run to burn the calories of a doughnut? Using this site: http://www.dietbites.com/calories/calories-in-krispy-creme-donuts.html The calories in Krispy Kreme original glazed donut , equals to 200 calories. Assuming an average student's weight is 40 kg, using the given formula, I figured out that he or she has to run for a distance of 4.8 km. Workings: 1. I wrote the formula  Calories = KM x KG x 1.036 2. I filled the numbers  200 = km x 40 x 1.036 3. I multiplied the numbers200 = km x 41.440 4. I divided 41.440 by 200200/ 41.440 = km 5. The results were4.83= km
