  2. “I AM A Priority” Challenge Details • Complete Online Waiver, ParQ and Goals (Review daily, revise often) in Client Portal • Enter Initial Weight, BF%, Waist (belly button) into Zen in Workouts. Measure each Monday. • Take Photos & Toxicity Questionnaire Pre & Post. • Read the entire Carb Cycling “Clean Eating” Program. Many great resources!!!

  3. “I AM A Priority” Challenge Details • Meals- Just a guideline! Eat more as needed, but focus on fat, fiber and protein. • I have never seen an animal in the wild count calories! • Vegetarians: Consume raw, whole fat dairy, legumes, eggs and lot’s of healthy fats listed in program. Supplement with protein as needed.

  4. “I AM A Priority” Challenge Details • Workouts- Do your best to show up as much as possible! • Show up early: Perform breathing, self massage, and your corrective exercises (ideally). • Set your Foundation prior to each movement! • Check in Zen for each workout. • Be Positive! • No Gossip! • No Judging!

  9. Why Are You Here? When I look at photographs I hate it I'm ashamed I haven't had sex with my husband for months and it makes me feel incomplete I feel like I look like Jabba the Hut I  used to be so outgoing, happy, and bubbly... But am completely ashamed, embarrassed, and horrified at how I look now. I look at myself in the mirror and cry almost daily My parents tells me that am fat everyday I always have something bad to say about me I feel like I'm a disappointment to anyone who sees me. I hate looking at myself in pictures. I am embarrassed to go to the gym and even in public sometimes I am the fat mom I get mad at friends and family when they post pictures of me on social media... I exist yes, but no longer live I look like a beached whale This isn't me I am miserable on the inside Fat and nasty I think I look chubby and old. When I go to shop, I come back home crying with empty hands I broke up with my current boyfriend of two years because I felt different and started feeling uncomfortable I woke up every morning for the past 10 years wanting to lose weight and went to bed each night with more on my hips... I am sick and tired of feeling like this I know I look awful and old I look and feel like a pig The spark is gone from my eyes I don't see myself as sexy anymore
