  1. Simple Steps To Download And Install Microsoft Visio

  2. Microsoft Visio is a product of the Microsoft Office suite. It is used for diagramming and vector graphics largely employed in layouts, diagrams, and flow charts. All of them are extensively used for decision diagrams, playbooks and even network diagramming purposes.

  3. To download Microsoft Visio setup, you need to follow these simple steps- • Go to the site www office com/setup and sign in to your account. • Enter the right credentials for the account associated with the version. The accounts can be linked to both subscription and non-subscription versions.  • There are two options-Visio Professional (or Standard) and Visio Online Plan 2 (Subscription).

Downloading the non-subscribed application (Microsoft Visio Professional) • Go to Office home page and click Install Office.  • Select the product from the list of Office 365 products.  • If you have already subscribed for that product, click Services and Subscription. • Press the Install button.

  5. Downloading Office Visio Online Plan 2 (it is a subscription version)- • Visit Office homepage and click Install Office apps. • Tap on Other Install Options.  • Choose Visio from the list. • Select your preferred language from the list and the bit version you want.  • Click the Install button. 

  6. After downloading the application, start with the installation process.  • Double-click on the downloaded file.  • Click Run/Setup/Save File as per the browser you are using.  • On the User, Account Control dialog box appears, select Yes. • The installation will begin.  • Wait for a couple of minutes and you will finally see the on-screen message to get started. 

  7. Go to the Start menu and select Visio manually.  Check out www.office.com/setup for the installation of other Microsoft office products.
