  2. The Science Behind Recreational Marijuana Marijuana is more popular and accessible in the U.S. than any other street drug. In national surveys, 48 percent of Americans say they have tried it, and 6.5 percent of high school seniors admit to daily use. Some success with medical marijuana helped to pave the road to wider legalization of pot. Eighteen states and the District of Columbia permit possession and consumption of the drug for medical purposes. Although many physicians agree that marijuana is safe enough to temporarily alleviate the symptoms of certain medical conditions, the safety of recreational use is poorly understood. Researchers worry that both the short- and long-term use of the drug may harm the body and mind. Although Marijuanalaws still remain in effect: You can’t smoke or buy unless you’re 21, and marijuana use is restricted to private spaces (no, your car does not count as a private space). Speaking of cars, it’s illegal to drive while under the influence of marijuana. And during the week, you might still want to steer clear of ganja, since companies can still subject employees to random drug tests. http://stanwoodmarijuana.blogspot.com/2015/12/the-science-behind-recreational.html

  3. While there are not that many places to legally consume or smoke marijuana. It will not be long enough for a recreational marijuana location to emerge as they are already finding ways to make this a reality. At the moment though, it is always best to use in discretion as this represents the cannabis community in a positive way. http://stanwoodmarijuana.blogspot.com/2015/12/the-science-behind-recreational.html
