  2. I got married a few months back. It was a typical big fat Indian wedding with all the ceremonies, decor, jewellery, gifts, etc. I had been planning and preparing for it for a year. Of course, the stress and excitement are at its peak during all those preparations. For my wedding, I decided to choose the lesser common colours of my bridal attires and ditch the gold and diamond jewellery. Instead, I picked lovely kundan and antique sets from online stores.

  3. Now you are wondering, how can you do your bridal shopping online? Honestly, it was such an easy process and also less hassle of killing my feet looking for the jewellery of my choice. There are many jewellery sites online that give you an array of pieces to choose from. I would not have been able to find such a variety had I gone shopping for it in the markets. Gossip, Mirraw, Ornizza, Much-more, etc are some of the sites I had a look too for my bridal shopping.

  4. The fun part was that for my henna function, my bridesmaids wore matching antique kundan earrings to compliment mine. Isn’t that so sweet? At the wedding, my mother’s friends couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the jewellery looked. So my mother and I decided to gift them a piece of jewellery as a parting gift after the wedding was over. I once again purchased antique pendants online for the ladies in our families and friends. I thought instead of giving gifts like sweets and chocolates that people nowadays are averse to due to health reason, it would be a lovely idea to gift something everybody would love and appreciate.
