  30. BANK FRAUDS LEGAL AID CELL In the era of online banking and financial transactions ATM and online bank frauds are common. Due to lack of awareness, time and hassle, these cases remain unsolved. We have established a Bank fraud legal aid network in our college through faculty and students Invite cases of frauds and provide appropriate legal aid to solve the fraud cases in assistance with the police and •bank authorities All the same is done based on the Reserve Bank of India guidelines and the Negotiable instruments Act, 1889

  31. PUBLIC INTEREST LAWYERING CELL ACHIVEMENTS A PIL Center is established wherein 12 students are selected through an interview process and are being assigned issues of public importance. PIL on for revoking the complete ban imposed on interns for entering into the courtrooms on Miscellaneous days W.P (C) No. 7911/2018 "Shabnam & Ors. v. Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) & Ors. Toilet facilities be provided as per SBM guidelines within a period of Four weeks. Aganwadi facilities be provided to the children's. So, that they are able to get basic nutrition

  32. TRIAL ADVOCACY CENTER Skills that accomplish individual tasks (tactical skills) such as selecting jurors, delivering opening statements and closing arguments, and examining witnesses. Trial advocacy is the branch of knowledge concerned with making attorneys and other advocates more effective in trial proceedings. Skills that integrate the individual actions to achieve greater effects and to drive unfolding events toward the advocate’s desired outcome (strategy).
