Summary of the Article • The Television Industry has enhanced the viewing experience through its advances in technology such as 3D television and internet connections. • Sales growth for TVs have been decreasing over the last several years. • The lack of sales over the past 4 years caused prices of plasma TVs to go down by 51%. • The attitudes of the consumers, is that the technology isn’t worth the purchasing of a new TV.

  3. Attitude Toward New TV Technology • Consumers’ attitudes toward 3D TV is that no matter what is offered, it is still not the same as the movies theater experience. • Consumers don’t think the new technology is worth the price.
