Current Panel Activities • Panel Projects for 2019 • Top Three Projects for 2019 • TRITON Dynamic Network Paradigm: Analysis and Demonstration – Penn State • Alternate False Deck Design Optimization And Qualification – NNS • Extension Basis for 72 Inch POA Enclosure Systems to DDG and CG Ships – NNS • Joint Panel Project for 2019 – Electrical Panel • Fusion Splice Enclosure At Equipment - NNS • Additional Project Submission for 2019 • Design of a Shock Isolated False Deck (SFID) Principal Unit and Development of an Environmental Qualification Test (EQT) Strategy - NNS

  5. Mission Statement • Reduce the costs of integration and test for warfare systems in ship construction and maintenance/ modernization. • Facilitate communications among Navy programs, warfare system integrators, ship designers, shipbuilders and other NSRP panels.

Proposed Revised Mission Statement • Reduce the costs of integration and test for warfare and communication systems in ship construction and maintenance/ modernization. • Facilitate communications among Navy programs, warfare system integrators, communication system integrators, ship designers, shipbuilders and other NSRP panels.

  7. Future Panel Activities • Continue to focus on commonality • Continue to identify opportunities to support the “Flexible Warship” concept • Continue increasing involvement from Combat System OEMs • Start Working with newest Government sponsor PEO C5ISR and their OEMs • Continue to evaluate if the results of SWSI Panel and RA projects and verify they are beneficial to the Navy and the NSRP members • Increase collaboration with other panel
