EDventures is committed to fostering scientific literacy and leadership in microbial oceanography. By providing state-of-the-art training opportunities, EDventures aims to increase the number of underrepresented minorities in the ocean and earth sciences. This program supports graduate students and postdocs through grant proposal training, networking, and outreach projects. With successful outcomes from past initiatives, EDventures continues its mission to engage diverse talents in scientific exploration, ensuring that the next generation of oceanographers is well-equipped for the future.
