HAN Project - Milestones • Key Milestones: • Developed the HAN Support Model Based on the Input of the Market Participants, Key Drivers: • Foster consistency across the TDSP territories • Standardize ‘Pairing’ time across the TDSP territories • Pro-active notification to the market • Define Service Level Objectives (SLO’s) • Create robust /detailed documentation, both technical and functional ‘How Too’ • Reviewed and Secured Buy-In of the HAN Support Model with the JDOA Stake-holders • In Process, Reviewing the HAN Support Model with the Market Participants • Scheduled Periodic HAN Task Force Meetings • Under-way is the Development of the HAN Documentation with a Q1 Completion (Initial Phase): • HAN Starter-Kit • HAN User Guide • Technical API

HAN Project Next Steps: • Revise the HAN Support Model Based on Market Participants Input • Present any Revisions of the HAN Support Model to the JDOA Stake-Holders for Buy-In • Present the HAN Support Model to AMIT Steering Committee for Review, Input and Buy-in • Publish the HAN Documentation, Q1 • Conduct a Market Participant & TDSP Workshop to Define the HAN Model Detailed Requirements
