Reference Consultation Area • Private space for viewing the testimonies • One U of M log-in workstation (You log into workstation with U of M ID and password) • One Reference Consultation workstation (Ref staff will log in to the workstation for you) • You need to set up a VHA account and logon to VHA • Headphones: Bring your own or ask Reference (if desk open) • Headphones: U of M check out from Circulation Desk • Headphones: Unaffiliated users need to bring their own • VHA In-depth User Guide is in Consultation area and online • Video takes up to 48 hours to come to VHA cache on the U of M server (may take less time), but patron will likely need to make two visits in order to view a specific video. Use the locked videos list – they are locked in (i.e., saved for ongoing access!) • IE required to view videos
