The Farm Hand CCU10R is an entry level controller enabling the control of the climate in any livestock building • Up to 9 group of fans, 2 heaters zone, cooling and 2 curtains can be operated by this simple controller • Once the relays have been configured and the temperature curve designed, the unit is ready to work • Fans, heaters, cooling pumps and curtains are automatically activated according to the set target temperature • When the house is empty the controller can be set to “empty house mode” waiting for the next flock to start • Product positioning • Complete entry level controller 10 relays 2 lines LCD

  5. 4 points target temperature curve • Temperature curve can be build from 4 points. Example: • Humidity treatment program • Humidity treatment is the addition of ventilation for the specified duration time. For instance, if the humidity remains above the target humidity after the delay time has passed, humidity treatment begins and continues until the humidity drops below target. • Main features & technical data

The Farm Hand CCU10R is available with or without TRIAC card. • One (1) temperature sensor is included in the basic part number. • The communication card has to be ordered in addition to the basic part number. • Swine (Pigs) version available with coated boards for installation inside aggressive environment. • The display of the Farm Hand CCU10R is available in the following languages: • English • Chinese • Available configurations

Benefits • The built-in TRIAC unit allows the precise control of minimum ventilation fans (to be equipped with 1 phase motor). • Multiple house configurations can be managed thanks to the possibility to set up the relay outputs. • With a small extra investment (the communication card and the mux unit) the controller can be remotely managed from a central office avoiding the need of having any skilled person in front of the controller. Example 1 5 x FAN; 1 x COOLING; 2 x CURTAIN; 1 x LIGHT; 1 x ALARM. Example 2 4 x FAN; 1 x COOLING; 2 x HEATER; 1 x TIMER; 1 x ALARM.
