Cesar Chavez Plaza, initiated by Neighborhood Partners, LLC, is a vibrant community space in Davis, CA, offering 52 one-bedroom units and a two-bedroom manager's unit. 35% of the housing is dedicated to individuals at risk of homelessness, with affordability set at rates of 25%, 50%, or 60% of AMI.
