  1. All about Pool Rummy Game What is Pool Rummy Game? Pool Rummy is a variant of 13 cards Indian Rummy gamewherein each and every player playing the game has to pay a fixed amount of entry fees forming the total prize pool. Initialization of the game begins with 0 points and after every deal, points are added to the player’s total and as soon it reaches maximum points, the player gets eliminated. For eg:101 pool points. How to play Pool Rummy? The pool rummy is played with 2 decks of cards each including 2 jokers and in between 2 to 6 members. The game initializes with a toss between the players deciding who is going to make the first move.

  2. Each player on the table is dealt with 13 cards on a random basis, required to be arranged into valid sets & sequences. The primary objective of the game is to arrange all the cards in a valid arrangement by picking & discarding cards while maintaining a low point score. Prize Split: Along with this, there is one more option here that is a prize split. Here players can take the decision mutually to split the prize pool and this can be done using the Prize Split option. How to play 101 and 201 pool Rummy? In 101 Pool Rummy, you have to try to score less than 101 points. Here, the first drop is a loss of 20 points, and the middle drop results in a loss of 40 points. On the other hand, in the 201 Pool Rummy, the maximum point limit is 201 points, reaching which the player shall be eliminated from the table. Here, the first drop is the loss of 25 points, and the middle drop results in a loss of 50 points. Winning calculation The winning calculation can be done using this: Winnings = (Entry fees) x (number of players in the game) - platform fees Rules of Pool Rummy Game ● The one who is having the least score, in the end, is declared as the winner. ● The winner should have at least 2 sequences out of which one needs to be a pure sequence. ● A pool rummy game is played with 2 decks of cards, so the same card cannot be held repeatedly in a hand. ● The scores will keep on rising after every deal and once it reaches its maximum points then the player gets eliminated.

  3. ● The player who shows the card with a valid declaration gets 0 points and the opponent’s score is equivalent to the sum of cards of value that are not a part of a valid arrangement.
