Farmer’s Federation Association for Development Thailand (SorKorPor) RESULTS & SUCCESSES IN LAST 10 YEARS/TRACK RECORD) National level: * Registered the organization under Association Law - To have Bylaws and regulations - To have organization structure * There is national office in Bangkok and established 10 regional offices in 10 regions of Thailand. * The strategic plan was planed in every 4 years and there is action plan in every year that was clearly given on vision, mission, goals, activities, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. * There were many activities were conducted as following: - SKP General Assembly in every two years * There were many activities were conducted such as Strategic Planning, Trainer on Training and etc. * Brought own building (the 4 floors building, 45 Square wa or 1,800 square meter with the cost 6.5 million baht by their own saving money)

Farmer’s Federation Association for Development Thailand (SorKorPor) • Pushed and following up Farmers Council Law in year 2009 that was approved in 2010 and follow up the other law under the of council law. Great network : • To collaborate with Government for interest of Thai farmers • To build networking with NGOs International level: • Cooperated on establishing AFA and to be a member of AFA since existing and supporting and attending AFA activities in national level, regional level and global level. • To build networking with INGOs • Attended the activities of ASIAN • Attended the activities of FAO • Had relationship with WRF • To have supporting knowledge and good direction by ZLTO

Farmer’s Federation Association for Development Thailand (SorKorPor) The main activities in last 2 years • Collaborated with Government organizations conducted training programs for SKP members: fish raising, cattle raising, organizing cooperatives, organic farms etc. • Collaborated with UNDP on reducing chemical in farms and effect to the water resources . • Collaborated with government on pushing Farmers Council Law and other law under the Farmers Council Law. • Collaborated with Nature Agriculture Foundation conducted training program on Efficiency Economy • Attended in AFA activities such as activity at Indonesia, Cambodia and Vietnam • Conducted Forest Conservation for young generation in the villages • Cooperated with ZLTO organized Consultation Meeting for Board of SKP on Added Value of SKP and plan to prepare promotion materials and will organize promotion program for (new)leaders and (new)members on convincing National Organization. • SKP is going to collect other activities in each parts during last 2 years.
