During the recovery process, industrial organization and related regulations have seen much change. • The growth of the Korean economy and corporations, and their failure leave much to be researched if Korea’s economy is to grow reliably in the future. • To analyze the Korean economy, both macroscopic and microscopic research must be undertaken on both the economy and individual corporations. However, academic research in this area has been lacking.
