DESCRIPTION
This figure presents a representative section of a tissue microarray (TMA) corresponding to the HBCx22 OvaRx xenograft model. The analysis includes expression levels of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), phosphorylated mTOR (P-mTOR), phosphorylated S6 (P-S6), Ki67 (a marker for proliferation), and phosphorylated AKT (P-AKT). Various treatments, including control (ctr), tamoxifen (Tam), fulvestrant (Ful), and their combinations, are explored to assess impact on tumor biology.
