Getting Help: • When working on a presentation or project get other people involved. • Keep all the members of the group updated and on same page. • Realize that when you can’t complete the work. • Get help from other members by dividing up the work with in the group. • Do not run one-person operation especially when you can get help from other members.
Working together: • Heaving a team-oriented environment enables an opportunity to have someone as backup when a problem occurs. • Find out the expertise of your group members. • For efficient work divide the work in such way that each member is expert in that area and able to complete the work with out hesitation. • Plan the projects in an organized way.
Put your Ego Behind You • Well planned projects can run into problems and if unable to do your job inform the group manager. • Stay professional and remember there is no room for personal ego in a group project. • Primary goal is to have a successful presentation for your client. • True professionalism is realizing when to get help to achieve the goal.
